In case you don’t know what is required to become a C.A.R. Certified Home Inspector: (this was all easy to achieve since Mark Harman has been a Home Inspector for over 22 years)
1. Pass an background check (Criminal, Civil, etc.)
2. Proof of liability and E&O insurance
3. Education (CEU’s for Home Inspection industry)

Mark is a certified CREIA Inspector -Member for 18 years CREIA = California Real Estate Inspectors Association.
