How long will an Inspection take?

Inspections take 1 to 2 hours onsite depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Inspection written detailed reports are available within 24-36 hours after onsite inspection and will be deliver electronically.


How Much Does A Home Inspection Cost?

Should I Be Present During the Home Inspection?

We encourage the prospective buyers to be present for a walk thru at the end (AFTER) the onsite inspection is complete. Typically, 1 hour after start time. This is a complimentary service to all Real Estate agents and prospective buyers. Attending this walk thru will give you the opportunity to ask questions of the inspector and gain a better understanding of your new home and the report.
